Despite the current uncertain financial climate, and the fact that new boat sales are struggling, the used boat market is very active. Used boats are selling, perhaps because customers are seeing savings acounts earning virtually no interest, and they would prefer to spend the money on an asset that will give them pleasure. The present exchange rate is also encouraging foreign buyers to look at UK based yachts.

Beneteau Oceanis 311 lift-keeler

Heard 28 or similar sized traditional styled gaffer

Bowman 50 or 60 - preferably MCA coded

Moody Eclipse 33

Beneteau Oceanis 331 lift-keeler, or similar sized modern lift-keelers

Moody S31 bilge keels

Nicholson 31

Heard 35 GRP gaff cutter

Quality 26-29 ft bilge or lift-keeler - condition must be very good indeed
