This is a most unusual yacht, having been first built in 1950, but totally rebuilt and lengthened by three feet by her present owner between 1989 and 1991 - there being very little left of the original boat except some fittings. She is carvel-built with mahogany planking, a long keel with external lead ballast, and ply decks and coachroof on laminated mahogany/ash beams. Overall, she bears some external resemblance to a Holman & Pye Sterling class. She is very strongly built, and has clearly been well maintained and much loved.

allowing access to a large side panel to the engine box
