13.5 The Halcyon 23 is a strongly built little sailing cruiser. This example was re-engined in 2004 with a new Beta diesel which has run just 40 hours to date, and a useful inventory including dinghy and outboard. The hull was grit blasted and epoxied in 2004. This boat is stored ashore each year and all winter maintenance carried out by the owner. It would be possible to have the use of the mooring for up to two years for this yacht
