A classic Maurice Griffiths cruising design, the Golden HInd 26 is a tough little shoal draught cruiser. This is an absolutely exceptionally well fitted out and well maintained example of these yachts. She has a GRP hull, epoxied before launch and since coppercoated, with an encapsulated lead long keel and galvanised steel bilge plates. There is a GRP cockpit moulding, and the decks are epoxy-sheathed ply. The coachroof is timber. The interior is beautifully finished, with details such as a Corian worktop in the galley, and quality fittings throughout.
